Yep. It was kept a secret where and when exactly it would be, because they wanted to keep it private, with just family and close friends. They will stay in the UK for a short while; this Saturday David and Kate (his sister) will have a meet up with fans at the Thistle hotel in Heathrow, and I'm guessing Jane will show up too for a bit (I've seen her around at the Pegasus convention too last year).
My favorite pic is the one where they're dancing, with her hand in his neck, and their faces so close, and that cute couple in the background getting cosy :D
