Watching Vegas

rodneyscat19 minutes in I needed to express myself for a bit.
I checked the file until the leader when I'd just finished torrenting, and I thought 'wow, this is going to be good!'
Tonight I came around to watching the whole episode, and I'm kind of enjoying it, although I'm not big on that fancy editing. I like the music. I like the whole idea of an AU SGA episode. I really like John Sheppard in this.
And then there's Rodney.
God have mercy, give me a piece of that...
This episode is worth it if just for Rodney walking into the scene like that.
*stops again* ok, I need to capture this and post it right here.
Jesus christ almighty. Guys my own age still seem to be doing it for me just fine thank you very much.
*whimpers* profile! *resists urge to cap the hell out of this scene* What the fuck is he saying? I can't concentrate like this!
Jesus! Don't stand so close to each other, you're melting my screen!!
And in this universe Rodney is still an ass towards Radek. But he shows compassion for John. See, it's not Jennifer who suddenly brings out his softer side, it's John. Always John. That was a damn fine moment by the way.
And a damn nice shot of John walking out of that office with his Johnny Cash poster.
'Solitary man' Oh John *bites lip*
Oh! The way Rodney stalks to the phone with big steps when he hears it's John, and immediately takes him at his word; 'he found him'.
And again Rodney has to worry about John.
Uhoh... I'm seriously worrying too. This is an AU.

Oh fuck...
Oh right, I managed to forget about those fighter airplanes. Looks like the end of goth wraith.
Uhm, what, wait. That's the end? The signal went to another universe, they could be in trouble there because the wraith now know the location of earth. But what happens to John in the Vegas Universe? He dies in a desert? He went through the rift with the signal? Oh great. I love it when I don't get it *groans*
Really worthwhile this episode though. Yep, I definitely loved it.

It's all there, the fantastic chemistry, the immediate click, Rodney knew John better than anyone ever, they are so meant to be together in any (or every) universe. John doesn't need to be alone!
