No, not in my LJ or even on my hard-drive or on cd or anything. No, I mean my printed fics. To fully understand the implications of this you have to know that I've got 2 Ikea Effektiv, wall cabinet's (frame low) all for myself. And they are filled with printed fics. About a quarter of those don't have the writer and/or title on them. None of those fics have pagenumbers. None are stapled or bound in any way. Series are put on top of the piles as they come, so they're completely out of order and between. To make matters worse; to save paper (or when I've run out unexpectedly), sometimes I print new fics on the back of older ones.
I've made three groups: LOTR-RPS, LOTR-FPS and OTHER FANDOMS (The Faculty, M&C, POC, HP, Maurice, some crossovers with LOTR actors in other roles and even one RL het story that I've printed and read several times over...). Within these groups I file in alphabetical order for writer (I'm agonizing over those fics that are written by more than one writer).
I've bought 20 Ikea Kassett, magazine files, and I expect to fill half of them. The others I need for my mags.
It's starting to look good and organized now I'm about 3/4 done! And some of the fics I've found made me go 'yay!' and have me reading, so I blame that for the fact that it's taken me several days to get this far.
In the meantime I've printed, read and (this time immediately) archived new fics. Hopefully this explains some of why I'm slacking with my feedback... Sorry! None of you will benefit from my fandom activities in these last couple of days, but I'm having a great time!
