David vs Dalek

Once upon a time some David Hewlett fans sent him an inflatable Dalek as a birthday present. David send them a thank you note, and included some pictures of him and the Dalek, which he'd named Cat.

In one of the extra's on the season 2 dvd set, Cat has a tiny cameo as David's sparring partner, and someone has conveniently put a 20 second clip of this up at YouTube.
