Crossover (Merlin/SGA)
'Pointy hats and P90s' (2,500 words) by chaletian (SGA/Merlin crossover, Gen, PG)
A clever and fun fic in which the SGA team visits a place where accidentally using the ATA gene is mistaken for magic, so John gets captured and is threatened to be put to death. I specifically love this very considerate and gracious Arthur, clever John finding a way to sneak some good advice to Merlin and Merlin not letting it go to waste.

'allegiances' (1,080 words) by solvent90 (Gwen/Morgana, Gwen/Merlin, Arthur/Merlin, Arthur/Gwen, R)
A tender fic about the deep and warm affection among them all. About how their bonds came to be, each in their own time and according to their personalities. Absolutely lovely and, I can't help repeating, warm.

'Pendragon' (1,000 words) by seperis (Arthur/Merlin preslash, PG)
It's the second fic on this page. I especially love the contrast between Arthur and Morgana. Morgana and Gwen already have a strong bond and Morgana is aware of just how much Merlin means to Arthur. While Arthur observes Morgana and Gwen with wonder and is confused about what he's feeling for Merlin.

'Loss, And The Finding' (4,400 words) by shinetheway (Arthur/Merlin, NC-17)
Warnings for graphic violence and implied rape of OFCs. This is a sequel to 'Pendragon' by seperis in which Arthur's fears concerning Merlin's safety come true and it's clear that anyone who hurts Merlin will have to deal with a furious Arthur. An experience that seals their bond.

'A dagger of the mind' (2,000 words) by shinetheway (Arthur/Merlin, NC-17)
I really can't keep maintaining convincingly that I'm mostly committed to Merlin when people keep writing fics like this. It describes through different events during Arthur's life from a young age up how he came to be who he is. His commitment, his loyalty, his sense of responsibility and his compassion, but also his fear to lose it all.

I'm probably the last one to have seen these drawings by suchoddity, but I'm pointing them out anyway, on the odd chance that someone else has managed to miss them too. And really, you don't want to miss this:

Bradley and Colin try to play a prank on Angel, but of course it all goes wrong. Or not... Hilarious and dead cute. Also, any fic starting with Colin engaging in 'guerrilla sunbathing' has my attention :D

Short but effective. And don't let the rating fool you, because flirting Daniel is smoking hot.

Joe Mallozzi had Amanda Tapping as a guest for a Q&A in his blog. She's lovely and there are some wonderful pics of her on set with several SGA and SG-1 regulars. A sweetly awkward Rodney reluctantly confides in an awesome Jeannie.

'The four moments Ronon realized he loved someone from Atlantis and the one time he knew all along' (1,990 words) by kristen999 (Gen, Ronon and five others, PG-13)
A wonderful story. I loved seeing all those characters through Ronon's eyes and see the bond he has with each of them. Dead on characterizations for each of them.


SGA art
'Future boy' by fennegie (Rodney and John, G)
Inspired by cesperanza's fic 'Sheppard's law' she drew a teenager John with his bike and 'undercover' Rodney trying and failing not to be seen. Completely adorable.
