Well, it depends on what your brother thinks of Dom. (My tv-guide doesn't even list Dom as one of the actors. Well, he's only in it for 3 minutes total or something, and he only has one line, but hey; it's DOM you know?!?)
It's one of my oldest icons by the way. I made it after having thoroughly drooled over Dom's freckle with iolanthe_rosa. Our shared fetish resulted in her writing a fic ('the sum of it's parts') and me making that icon.
This other neck fetish icon is even older, and I don't even remember where I got it. I didn't have a LJ yet and saved it from a forum where someone put up a lot of icons for grabs.
