Mucking up a meme
Nov. 2nd, 2005 12:08 pmWhen you see this, quote Monty Python. If you hate Monty Python, when you see this, please quote your favorite Britcom instead. If you hate all Britcoms without exception or moderation in degree, quote something you do find funny. (Or skip this meme, there'll be others.)
Oh, this is hopeless!!
Just one quote?
Damn...
Look, how about I give a link to my personal favorite Monty Python sketch.
The most frequently used Monty Python quote in our house is "you were lucky" (pronounced "you were locky" of course), but as a quote out of concept it sucks. We use it whenever someone is whining. Works like a charm.
I wasted away most of my morning reading the scripts on that site, and consider it time well spend.
[edit] Here's a (bad quality, but hey, it makes me laugh till I cry anyway) little clip of 'Mosquito Hunting'. The quote 'There's nothing more dangerous than a wounded mosquito' is a loved one in our house.
