Halp!!

Does anyone know how to save a picture from a PDF file? There's a black and white picture of Colin Morgan at the last page over here, and I wants it!! *grabby hands*

[edit] melloniel just saved and posted the picture I meant in a comment and _inbetween_ explains how it's done; aren't they just the bestest or what?!?

[edit 2] I followed _inbetween_'s instructions, which resulted in this big honking picture.
