Not so long ago I lost my 'new stuff' file to which I always download all the latest video clips I find. Every so often I copy those clips to the files they really belong to. After I lost that file I went around frantically searching for all the things I must have lost, but every so often I find out I missed something.

A couple of months ago someone asked about a clip of Elijah at Conan on December 17th 2003. I found that clip and must have downloaded it to that file I lost, because I can't find it anywhere anymore! I only found out because someone else was asking me about it! You can read more over here.

Can anyone help me to that clip?!?!

Was it the three-clip thingy? I have real bad memory but I do have clips where Elijah is on Conan and talks about the Torn party.

No that's not the one. The one she wants is when Elijah was on Conan for LOTR not for ESotSM publicity, which is what that one was for. I remember watching it, but I can't seem to find the clips anywhere!

I've got those! That's the one from 2004 after the oscars, but the one I mean is from December 2003! I never even knew he was on the show then until someone asked me about it. The place where I found the clip then is down now unfortunately, and I've never seen it anywhere else. I know several people downloaded it back then, so I'm kind of hoping one of them still has it...

If you find it or someone passes it on to you, would you consider posting it for downloading? I was sure I had it (I'm still looking, just in case), but I can't find it now! In fact, I only have one cap from it, which is just weird! Hope someone helps you out.

I have one called "conanobrienearlier" and properties says it was saved on 17 February 2004, so I guess that's it and it's 8 minutes long, but for some reason it's gone to audio... is this the one you mean? will play it and listen out for pron and chocolate. And then see if I can figure out why it's not visual anymore :(

The photos are dated 12/11/1998, which seems to match with the Faculty/Christmas themes of this audio clip. And I would imagine that photo with Elijah's tongue hanging out coincides with Conan's joking about the union guy placing Lij's tongue into Christina Ricci's mouth.

(oh my gosh, do I need to see The Ice Storm again... immediately)

*sigh* I don´t have it, and I can´t find it anywhere. I´m pretty sure I have it on tape but I have about 10 tapes lying around that I need to go through (one of my holiday projects...). It´s just so weird that none of the "usual suspect" sites has it! (um, you are sure it was conan, are you???)

I seem to have the same ones as everyone else.

The 3 clip one, the audio-only one, and one called lij-conan.avi, but since I saved that in September 2003, it can't be the right one.

I might try to watch everything I have catalogued under ESOTSM, just in case, but there are quite a few of those and none marked conan or interview.

I've been looking in all possible and impossible files, doing searches for 'conan' and 'late', but I immediately got this 'uhoh' feeling when I saw the request. I've emailed the person who originally requested it, in hopes that she's saved it!
