Tig rec: "A trick of the night", AU, Dom/Billy, NC-17

This is a tig between kiltsandlollies and almaviva. They take the characters of (professor) Billy and (student) Dom from the lotruniversity universe and put them in another. An AU based on an AU so to speak. You don't have to be familiar with the lotruniversity universe though to enjoy this one thoroughly! It is however a WIP, keep that in mind (and check back regularly).

Billy's and Dom's paths cross accidentally. It seems like they could find some of what they're looking for in each other. It's very moving to see them moving around each other carefully, trying not to get their hopes up, reaching out, stepping back, and reaching again, both vulnerable for different reasons.

Totally off topic, but I just have to say that I got the Lost eps today and YAY FOR MICHAEL'S BACKSTORY. I was so happy when they showed him right at the beginning that I started bouncing in my seat. Much loff for that guy. So thank you. :)

I don't think I'll ever get how snail mail works... Your package was send on the same day, from the same box as justinetre's package was, but her's arrived last Monday. Ah well, at least it got there (eventually)!

I loved Michael's backstory, it explains a lot about his behaviour. He had some horribly hard decisions to make, and did a good job all around. On the island he may be a bit too strict and even possessive of his son, but who can blame him?

Really? Huh. Well, the first few packages arrived not three days after you sent them, so I have no clue what's up nowadays. *sighs*
