For those of you who are interested, I've made a list of the songs I picked for the music meme and a little explanation of why I picked these particular songs.


Most of the time I picked songs I thought people would enjoy, but I hardly ever picked them for the lyrics, so don't go looking for double meanings or hidden messages or anything ;D

It was great going through my cd's, and listening to songs with a particular goal in mind!

This really has nothing to do with this post, and for that, I really apologize. But I was wondering if you, offhand, knew where I could find a certain fic.

It's a Monaboyd, in where it starts out in the hospital. It's written to make the reader think that a certain person is dying, then at the end, it flips you for a loop by revealing that it actually was the opposite person who was sick and dying. It's written flawlessly, so that you have no idea that something completely different from what you're thinking is going on.

Again, I know this is off-topic, but I'm not sure who or where to ask. If you can help, it would be so greatly appreciated. :)

I remember listening to 'the sensual world' and watching the video so many times when i was, what, sixteen? eighteen? and just feeling so happy that there was something based on joyce & molly bloom and it was kate bush and she was so beautiful and there was something so purely lovely out there...

For me the song is all about uninhibited pleasure, about enjoying sexuality, about enjoying being a woman. All things I associate with you. It may sound shallow, but it's certainly not meant that way, because there's much more to you than that, and I'm perfectly aware of that.
