dutch_eowyn now, will stay public, but apart from a 'friends-only' banner (that I've yet to make), nothing new will be seen in the future unless I have you friended.
All the recs have moved to my all public all the time journal:dutch_eowyn_rec.

So uhm, *stubs toe* that banner never happened, and I'm opening up my journal again for fandom related stuff.
