This is the second time they make me pause because I can't take the tension anymore, only to find out after much nail-biting and hovering over the play-button going 'omgomgomgomgomgomg', that I paused just seconds before someone or something comes to the rescue.
And when I finally found the courage to watch the rest, and go to check out the reactions of others, I see half of the fandom freaking out over Dean behaving like a male sexist pig. Like that's something we didn't know yet *g*
If you hang on to this series for 2 1/2 season, you know he's a tactless boar with a completely flawed image of women, and it surprises me people accuse the writers for the flaws in the characters they write. And personally I think Dean's attitude towards women is just one of his many faults. Can you tell I really love the guy?
I am ashamed to admit this because it makes me sound really stupid but.... I watched most of it on fast forward and then went back and watched it properly once I knew what happened!
I ended up watching the scene on half screen-size, with the sound real low. This series is not good for my health!
Talking about being ashamed to admit something: I spend more time than I should, staring at the picture in your lj-layout, and I found out I can't just right-click-save the picture from there (I can only save the complete background as it is). Do you mind telling me where you found the original picture?
You made the cap yourself? Now this is probably going to cost me cool-points, but I don't know which scene it's from...
I'd love to have that one particular cap (or maybe a couple from that scene). I'm sure you've got plenty of wonderful other screencaps, but I happen to want to make love to the one in your layout. It does things with me... 'Weak in the knees' doesn't even begin to describe it.
Usually posting about it is therapeutic enough for me to gather the courage and watch on.
I highly recommend Supernatural if you like series with hot angsty guys and a healthy dash of humor. Personally I could do with a little less torture though *hides behind pillow*
