Another very late reply. Just 'discovered' this post and want to share my thoughts. I also thought book 3 was harder to read than the first two, because of all the new characters and the typical Aurënfaie words, and all that. I remember I had some discussions about it with ourdramaqueen, about the different mythical beings (Bash'wai, Khtir'bai, etc) and what they meant, and all that. I re-read book 3 a while ago and still had trouble keeping everone and everything apart. That doesn't mean I don't love it, though. But book 4 was definitely easier to read. ;)
