'Awash With Love' by burkesl17 (6,000 words, Arthur/Merlin, PG-13)
A lovely warm and romantic story, full with fairy-tale magic, slow burn and longing. Funny and sweet. I love the moment of camaraderie between Gwen, Morgana, Arthur and Merlin, some of the surprising turns and the incredible sensuality that made me whimper, sigh and smile.

I love the intense look on Arthur's face, the look of sweet surrender on Merlin's, their hands, the way it looks like they're moving, slow and sensual.

The first fic I read of her was 'Wild Honey'. After that I gobbled up the other fics she's got up in her journal, all of which are written in a very distinctive style, and still very diverse. I love all her stories, but I've picked the following three to point out specifically because they're some of my favorites and each one is so different.

'Murphy's law' (4,400 words, Bradley/Colin, R)
In which Bradley's attempt at a date with Colin seems to go wrong at every turn, with Bradley getting more and more frustrated, Colin completely relaxed and easy-going, and both utterly adorable.

'Multitudes' (5,500 words, Bradley/Colin, NC-17)
Read the warnings; they're quite accurate. This fic is totally different from her others. Set in the future it's more raw, with both guys more mature. I especially love this provocative Colin who dares Bradley to reconsider what it is he likes and wants and what he's willing to do to get it. It's clear that Colin is already one step ahead.

'Wild honey' (15,300 words, rps/Island crossover, Bradley/Calum, NC-17)
This fic has already been recced all over the place, and I'm reccing it here anyway, because I fell for her characters hard. She made me finally buy and read the book, which made me realize just how perfect Colin is for this role. And once you've read the book you'll want more, and that's exactly what you get with this fic (although I did it the other way around, and that works just as well).
This pairing touched me deeply, in all the ways the characters aren't perfect but are trying the best the can. In how they bring out the best in each other. In the way other characters and elements from the book are worked into the story in such a way that it fits but you don't need to have read the book to understand.
This fic is tender and yet realistic, with hope and trust and loads of positivity.

This vid, the combination of the Bradley and Colin footage with the (perfectly picked) song, makes me feel wildly in love with this pairing, these guys. Just wow. And the short sexy scene from 'Latter days' that she mixed in both fits wonderfully and makes me blush like you wouldn't believe.

Made me smile all fondly and I watched it several times in a row, trying to pick out all the movies, series and pairings and it made me seek out a series I didn't know yet because of what I saw in the vid.

SGA

'Where my hand is set' by thingswithwings (5,400 words, Rodney/Teyla, NC-17)
I have a warm fondness for this pairing because there's a certain honesty about these two together. It's like Rodney isn't trying so hard because he knows Teyla sees right through him anyway. And that's exactly what I get from this fic where they turn to each other while on Earth because neither fits in there, but it doesn't really matter because they know where they do belong. And I absolutely adore the kind of lover Rodney is in this.

'Close encounters' by amific (4,500 words, John/Rodney, NC-17)
Rodney keeps finding himself stuck in tight places where he can't hide his attraction to John. It takes John a long time to figure out he's not just flattered. Lovely slow build and very satisfying.

'Ceremony' by mirabile_dictu (3,800 words, John/Rodney, R)
Aliens make them do it, with a twist. Watching John and Rodney through Ronon's eyes. A story that's told sweetly and slowly, to the point that it almost makes the reader impatient (like it does Ronon) but the pay-off is so worth it!

'Breaking point' (make you like it) by 30toseoul (3,600 words, dub-con, bondage, John/Rodney, NC-17)
More dub in this con than I usually like, but it works for me here. Rodney finds a solution for the problem he has with John always wanting it quick.

SG-1

'The Inside Man and the Outside Man' by princessofg (4,000 words, AU, Daniel/Jack, NC-17)
This is establish relationship Daniel and Jack, set in a universe inspired by movies like 'Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid', 'The Sting', and 'The Color of Money'. I love them being comfortable together but also still fascinated with each other. It's that special sparkle that does it for me. And the sex of course.

'A natural pair' by princessofg (9,100 words, AU, Daniel/Jack, NC-17)
A prequel to 'The Inside Man and the Outside Man' in which we see how they meet each other, are immediately drawn to each other, there's flirting, and sex, and kissing and it looks like they've found something special.

Okay, I told myself I wasn't going there, with the RPS in this fandom. I don't know anything about these actors, and I told myself... But. ::little stifled squeal:: Uh.

Thank you for sending me to 'Murphy's Law'. I was just blown away by the intensity of feeling towards the end.

Eeeeeeeeeeee!! I usually don't like wedding fics, but I'm gladly making an exception for this! Next on my program was looking through the kink meme, because I've seen some good and fun stuff here and there when I randomly check it, but I need to go through it more methodically.

I love all mrs_leary's fics, but yeah, that one is extra special. And oh, I've been trying to hold off the rps, but Bradley and Colin... I love that pairing even more than Arthur/Merlin I'm afraid, and that's saying a lot.
