Any fic that isn't explicitly marked as RPS is FPS, so they don't really need marking, and I already mark every AU as such. In this case that makes all the Merlin fics as mentioned under Merlin and FPS fic and there are two are marked as AU ('At least it would seem that we don't' and 'From Russia with love').
