(no subject)

It's nasty weather, and I was mentally preparing to go out on my bike to get bread, because we're all out of it and in about an hour youngest will come home for lunch. Then I realized I have some left-over pizza in the fridge.

:D

So instead of getting cold and soaked, I'm going to preheat the oven and print another Sentinel fic, because now I've suddenly got enough time to read.

Don't worry, he'll go all 'YAY!! Pizza!!' when he comes home. Especially when I'll allow him to eat it in front of the television (normally he'd scoff his sandwich as quickly as possible so he can run out to play football with his friends during their break, but it's raining too hard for that now)

He'll consider me the best mommy in the world ;D

Well, good chance you've already read, what I'm currently reading, because it's all old stuff. My favorites so far are:

'An unexamined life' (http://www.helenish.net/unexaminedlife.shtml) and 'restitution' (http://www.helenish.net/restitution.shtml) by helenish (I'm very much in love with her Jim). And 'A ticket to Tucson' (http://852.populli.org/archive/archive/11/ticketto.html) by cara_chapel (it's sort of an AU really, pre-sentinel, with a very young Blair and it's so good... Had me all choked up but hopeful at the end *sigh*)

Are there any favorites that come to your mind from way back when? It's all princessofg's fault that I'm hooked, she rec'ed it to me and pointed out a load of other fics when I came for more. I haven't found many fellow readers in my friendslist, so I'm squeeing and whimpering a bit alone here *clings to your leg*
