I just finished watching SGA episode 'The return: part 1'

And now I'm all choked up, jumping for joy, completely super-duper filled with love, for the team, Rodney, John, John/Rodney omfg!!!! Teyla, Elizabeth, Carson too yes, Ronon even wtf, Ronon/John, John/Teyla, the team/Atlantis, but most of all John/Rodney!!!! (yes, it needs to be mentioned twice)

Oh! I know! I know! So much love! And the phone calls and the fighter jet toys and Rodney! Not loving his sycophantic minions! And John being snarky and annoyed at his new team! And oh! Oh! I know. LOVE.

...and John walking across his bed. The bear-hug with Ronon. Zelenka, Rodney and Carson being so damn awkward. John and Teyla head-touching; I got so choked up I could hardly stand it anymore. And how they keep checking in on each other. The John & Rodney phone-call was the best thing ever! Complete with John finishing the call by just hanging up and Rodney understanding, because he'd just go on and on. The whole bit of the team immediately knowing what to do and how to act the minute the situation called for it.

And I felt their bitter disappointment with the results of the Ancients returning to Atlantis. The way they just weren't right back on earth, it didn't feel like home, they missed their Atlantis-family. And just everything. From start to finish I was bouncing in my seat and making all these noises, feeling the melancholy and the joy. God, they sure know how to get their audience involved!!

The icon is from Criminal Intent, a crime show I just heart and heart. No slashy content sadly, but still great fun to watch. :)

That whole thing! Of Rodney calling John, admitting he felt something he wouldn't want to call lonely, and missing... And then John saying 'me?' With Rodney's reaction of, hello, I'm talking to you now and we're having dinner tonight, and I just couldn't stop literally bouncing and giggling.
