I just went to the kitchen to get coffee and got this feeling that something fell on my head. I shook my head vigorously, held it upside down and ruffled my hair, but nothing fell out, so I went back to the computer, feeling a little uneasy, but well, I was probably imagining things.

When I sat down, a spider fell off my head onto the desk and ran to the wall where it disappeared behind the dvd-rack.

I still feel my heart. It's trying to pound it's way out I think.

Jesus.

It just re-appeared from behind the dvd's and I swear it's staring at me...

My daughter just came home and asked if she could go on the computer to play Sims, and I said 'Sure! Go ahead! If you don't mind that spider watching on'. She doesn't mind. In fact, I think she likes the spider, because it gets her on the computer so fast.

*logs off*

LOL!! I don't mind spiders; we even have a few that we let sit around in the house in places. Small, un-bothersome ones. But when they just decide to FALL on you and stuff, that's just too freaky for me. Yeeegh.
I remember when me and my husband (then bf) went for a walk; I was living right next to the bridge, over the river that separates the north side from the south side of town, so we went walking over it into downtown and stuff. Night came and we headed back-- and hoardes, THOUSANDS of spiders had come out to their webs, scattered over the entire bridge's poles and whatever else. They weren't in the walkway, but it had to be the most spine-tingling, skin-crawling thing I've ever had to do. Just a loooong hall of wolf spiders, swaying in the wind, out for bugs... ewww...

Yeah, they like bridges, for some reason. Me and my ex bf went out in his father's small motorboat one day in early autumn and we passed under this bridge, and there were thousands of orb-weavers there, and we had to pass by pretty close to their webs, and it was horrible.

I think it's because a lot of bugs blow by the river, with the wind and current carrying them. But who cares why, it's SCARY! Lol...
