Aw, Dr. Keller really has to find her place, not only towards the fans, but also in Atlantis. I could use with a little more acknowledgment that yes, they do miss Carson.

Rodney whining that as their boss he has to do evaluations on his staff!! And then John coming in, seemingly all done, but only because he basically says 'they're all excellent', and Rodney's 'oh hey, I can do that!'. God, that was hilarious!

Weir being pushed aside. Again. Being the not-military chief of Atlantis is way frustrating! I love how she talks about it with Teyla; they're really friends. I also love that John and Rodney support her actively and especially Rodney makes a point of being publicly clear about it, and not missing an opportunity to do so. (By the end, that remark about how O'Neill is very fond of her, that's not the kind of compliment I'd be waiting for as the female chief of Atlantis, but that's just me I guess.)

The whole episode is again filled with over the top things that go wrong with even more over the top solutions, and I'm loving it!! Oh yeah, lets just shove an asteroid in the path of the beam, why not!

John and Rodney stomping off with A Plan in the making is always a delight.

John to Rodney and Radek when they're bitching at each other again: "Why don't you guys just make out and get it over with?" *falls off chair laughing* Oh god!! They really know what kind of fans they're dealing with!

John in the drone-chair... That shouldn't be as hot as it is. Only it is. Very much so. *writhes*

Also, I loved John comparing his team to the Fantastic Four, which didn't quite work out the way he wanted it, but the bottom-line: 'I love my team', that was so touching.

I don't know if it shows, but I'm really getting ever more fond of John...

He looks good too.

To be continued has never been so unwelcome. I can't wait, and they haven't even started filming yet!!!! Argh...

Not just you!!1 I was there sitting slack-jawed thinking how much more macho patrnizing can you get, does this guy even realise?! And Elisabeth showed I think amazing restraint there, going by the supposedly-intended-meaning behind the words, and not the lingering things they actually conveyed, degrading and condescending. She picks her battles well I guess.. I would have been in his face about it (well, I would never be in her seat, anyway, but you know what I mean).

Hey, I dunmean to bug you but, you intend to post about your Peg2 experience at all? I wondered how it went for you. Hope you had fun! <3

oops, repost cos words missing and all. *hides*

My Grrrring at Col. Ellis's high-handedness was completely undercut by the fact I'm finding Michael Beach to be INCREDIBLY hot with his head shaved. D'oh! And I did think he gave Elizabeth a decent apology at the end. The O'Neill thing was probably to try to reassure her that someone was fighting for her back home, even if it came out oddly. (Fat lot of good it did Jack in The Shroud, too, with the IOA now having so much civilian oversight.)

John and Rodney stomping off with A Plan in the making is always a delight.

John and Rodney doing the psychic Coming Up With A Plan thing is a slashy delight! ;-)

John in the Chair is hot like a hot thing. And the whole Mr. Fantastic thing, with Ronon trying to not crack up in his face, was adorably hysterical.

Now I have to scroll back and see your con report, because it didn't show on my list either!
