Daft hands & Daft hands with a twist

Today my daughter pointed out a YouTube clip to me that had me grinning like a loon and playing it again and again. It's a sort of hand twist to a Daft Punk song. It takes about 50 seconds to get started, but then it gets more clever with every tempo change. (It's got an incredible amount of hits, so I'm quite possibly the last person on the internet to have seen it.)
Then my oldest son pointed out a YouTube clip that was inspired by the Daft hands clip. It's basically the same thing, but shorter and with quite a sinister twist...

Date: 2009-02-28 11:05 pm (UTC)From there I got the male version (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6EUupnF02vo) of the dance they created, and I like how those guys credit the girls for creating it. Plus it starts with a 'strip-tease', which is a creative way of dealing with the first 50 minutes where there's no text yet.
